Same Day Raleigh was created in partnership with Debby’s Hallmark and is owned and operated by Raleigh local; Eric Chamoff. Eric is the son of Debby Chamoff, founder of Debby’s Hallmark, and has been involved in the family-owned business since it opened in 1984.  Debby’s Hallmark began as a small 2,000 sq. ft. store and has since grown to 4 locations, with the largest store occupying close to 10,000 sq. ft. on Falls of Neuse Road. Debby’s Hallmark has grown from carrying primarily Hallmark branded products to clothing, kitchen and much more, not to mention the conveniently located US Post office’s right inside two of our stores. Eric recognized the trend towards instantly available online items, along with the ability to offer a diverse assortment of products. He quickly acknowledged and accepted how this trend threatens the existence of existing local brick and mortar stores. In December 2015, he set out to create a scalable online solution to allow brick and mortar stores to compete with the ever evolving online world of e-commerce.

The products you find on Same Day Raleigh are the same items you will find in our local shops. We employ local people and when you shop with us, you are contributing to the local economy. Local sales tax stays in Raleigh where it belongs. The products available to you on our site are held out from store inventory to ensure stock is available and ready to be delivered to your doorstep. Refunds are simple and quick through our premium partner locations. Simply bring the invoice along with the item you would like to return in an unopened and new condition to any of our Premier Partner locations and we will process your refund within 48 hours.

We offer shipping anywhere in the world via USPS and Fedex. Raleigh residents may opt to receive your order within a few hours for a flat $4.99 delivery fee. Same day orders placed Monday thru Saturday between 9am and 5pm will be delivered the same day. Same day delivery orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day including Sundays. Customers placing orders in the surrounding Raleigh area may select standard shipping and will likely receive your order via USPS mail the next business day including Saturdays. This agreement is made between the account holder, including all authorized users and Same Day Raleigh to be referred to as SDR. SDR operates as a website cooperative providing intensely vetted partners a local platform to reach buyers within their community. SDR is powered by Truevella and by accepting SDR's terms of service, you also agree to accept Truevella's terms of service and BrierCat's terms of service. SDR does not tolerate the sale of any items prohibited by state and local laws to be sold within the platform. Buyers and partners found to be in violation of the Terms of Service may be suspended or terminated. All items sold on SDR are in new condition and sold by an authorized retailer and therefore retain the full warranty. SDR facilitates the simple purchase and delivery of the item.


All buyers agree to provide correct and complete contact information. SDR orders are all treated in an expedited manner and any questions arising may lead us to contact you via text, email or phone. Buyers are required to provide an active email address as a user name that may not violate any of our terms of service. If your legitimate email address is not available and you can show ownership, please message us for assistance. Buyers must be 18 years of age or older.


Unopened / Unused items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be shipped to our returns processing address or dropped off at one of our premium partners along with your order copy. Your order copy can be found within your order history. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. In the rare instance, you did not receive the correct item, we will issue a prepaid return label for the item to be returned. Please allow 48 hours for us to process the refund. Delivery and shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping and Delivery:

Every item on SDR is available for same day delivery within Raleigh, North Carolina. Delivery is made in partnership with the cutting edge proprietary application, BrierCat. BrierCat makes it possible for us to receive and route deliveries in an incredibly timely manner. For all orders outside of our delivery area, we offer shipping via USPS, or Fedex. All orders are sent with delivery tracking. Items that are being mailed will ship out within 1 business day. USPS estimates items sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that USPS does not guarantee transit time. Fedex transit time varies depending on the class of service. FedEx Ground is typically 1-5 business days and FedEx Express is typically delivered next day. SDR is not responsible for parcels once they are handed off to the carrier. All merchandise on SDR is stored in a climate controlled environment. Most items are not available directly at our partner's retail site. Any orders purchased for in store pickup are not ready until you receive a confirmation message from us, that it is ready for pickup.
International shipments are sent USPS First Class delivery and may result in delivery between 2 weeks to 2 months. A parcel recently mailed to Mexico was a 2 month transit. First class shipping to the UK and Canada tend to be the fastest. We also offer other timely shipping options, however customs processing is not factored into the delivery time frame. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, fees, and/or duties imposed on the order. Fees are never prepaid and are not factored in to the price displayed on SDR. It is the buyers responsibility to research and be aware of what additional amount will have to be paid before delivery. SDR automatically completes the customs form based on the merchandise purchase price. Please do not contact us and request that we reduce the value or mark the item as a gift. Falsifying the value is a violation of federal law and requesting to do so is prohibited by our terms of service. Please be aware that the mailing of certain items are prohibited to some countries. SDR uses Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc. (Braintree) for payment processing services. By using the Braintree payment processing services you agree to the Braintree Payment Services Agreement available at, and the applicable bank agreement available at . All payment information is stored (if you elect) within the Braintree Vault and no payment information is stored nor passes through our server. We are PCI Compliant. Payments will be listed as Same Day Raleigh on your billing statement and in some instances may also indicate that it is a recurring payment. Be assured, that unless you also have a billing agreement in place, this will be a one time charge.

Limit of Liability:

The use of SDR is at your sole discretion and risk. SDR does not accept any liability for any loss resulting from a computer virus. Liability does not extend to loss of use, or pain and suffering if an item is not delivered in a timely fashion or an item is unavailable or not as described. Maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the item or order. In the event of a server outage, SDR is not liable for delays or inability to place orders. Partners are only reimbursed if the outage exists for a concurrent time period greater than 24 hours and at a prorated amount based on monthly fees paid. Loss of sales are not reimbursable.

The following rules apply to all buyers and partners. Failure to follow the rules may result in your buying or selling privileges being suspended or permanently revoked. Buyers found to be reporting false damages or falsely reporting non delivery of parcels will permanently lose account privileges and will be banned from the SDR site. Purchasing with the intention to return an item is unfair and will not be tolerated. Profanity and inappropriate images are prohibited. Any activity deemed to be illegal by local, state or federal law is prohibited. False complaints and false reporting including product reviews degrades the SDR platform and will not be tolerated. Merchandise is not reserved and finalized until you check out. Merchandise added to the cart does not guarantee that it is available. If another shopper completes the purchase on the same item that exists in both carts, the buyer will be notified that the sold item needs to be removed from the cart. This prevents someone from adding an item to the cart and waiting days or weeks to complete the purchase.

SDR makes it our top priority to ensure product titles and product descriptions are 100% accurate and complete. SDR reserves the right to make corrections to product titles and descriptions to ensure the information is as accurate as possible. In the event of an error, we will offer a full refund to the extent of what was paid once the item has been returned via Mail or through one of our preferred partner locations.
